I have over 20 years of experience as a certified life, business and health coach. I hold 2 Ph.D in Holistic counseling and psychological counseling. I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

With over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychology and counseling, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.
